Wellness Wednesdays is a weekly online Zen class from 8:30 to 9:00 PM.
Join me for a gentle 30-minute session that relaxes your body, mind, and soul. Enjoy practicing at home, away from the outside world!
Find a comfortable spot, log into Google Meet, and let me lead the way. You only need yourself, a device, and a flat surface. Extras like a yoga mat or pillows are optional.
