Sacred Stillness weaves together the calming practices of gentle restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra traditation, and a soothing sound bath enhanced with Reiki energy healing.
This immersive experience is designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance within. Through gentle movement, guided relaxation, and the healing vibrations of sound, you'll be invited into a state of profound stillness — where body, mind, and spirit can realign and replenish.
No experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket, and any personal comforts to create your own sanctuary of rest.

Come relax, let go, and reset with an immersive crystal healing sound bath!
This is the perfect way to end your busy weekend and prepare for the busy week ahead! Did I mention that this will also be an AMAZING reset for daylight savings? It is a donation based class, if you would like to see more of these types of classes please donate what you can! Bring your own Yoga mat, pillows, blankets, and come dressed comfy! This class is for anyone and everyone! Doors will close at 8pm and the session will run for 40 minutes.
